We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, ideation, and execution of all marketing, sales, and customer-facing collateral. This is a creative leadership role not a graphic design position ideal for someone who can think visually and strategically, manage external create vendors, such as designers, and ensure all brand touchpoints are compelling, on-message, and professionally executed.
What Youll Own:
Creative ownership of all marketing and sales materials: sales decks, 1-pagers, digital marketing ads, customer campaigns, videos, website assets, and pitch decks.
Own both content and creative strategy across digital and offline channelsensuring cohesive messaging and visuals.
Manage external designers, video editors, and other creative vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Write and oversee short-form and marketing content, including for digital ads, social media posts, email marketing, sales enablement materials, landing pages, and more.
Lead event-related marketing support for conferences,webinars, roundtables, and industry trade shows (including booth creative, signage, invites, brochures, and digital presence).
Support general marketing activities such as social media management, market research, customer marketing, and operational marketing tasks.
Project manage all marketing deliverables, keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements: 5+ years experience in creative marketing, brand management, or marketing communications at a fast-paced SaaS startup.
Experience selling into large U.S.-based enterprises preferred.
Strong creative instincts and strategic thinking skillsable to conceptualize ideas and bring them to life through internal and external teams.
Hands-on project manager who thrives in an execution-oriented environment.
Excellent short-form copywriting and messaging skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
Comfortable overseeing design execution, but you are NOT the graphic designer yourself.
Bonus:
Experience supporting B2B enterprise SaaS brands targeting supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Figma, Adobe Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce.
