Requirements: We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Drone Lab Technician to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to support the production, maintenance, and development of drone systems, including R&D and prototype platforms. It is a multidisciplinary position combining mechanical, electrical, and basic software lab work, along with responsibility for maintaining an efficient lab environment. Responsibilities:
Assemble, integrate, and maintain drone systems and related platforms
Support engineering teams in prototype development, system bring-up, and testing
Perform lab testing, quality control procedures, and troubleshooting of hardware systems
Maintain a well-organized, safe, and efficient lab environment
Assist in ongoing production and support activities across multiple products
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on technical experience with electronic components, soldering, and mechanical work
Practical experience in lab environments, including system testing and quality control
Proven experience building and/or operating drones or other remote-controlled (RC) systems
Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux -based systems
Experience with project or task management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) systems and communication components
Experience working with composite materials
