We are looking for an experienced IT & IS Department Manager to lead our global IT & IS functions. This role is responsible for all information technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, service delivery, enterprise applications, and digital enablement across the organization. Project and Vendor Management - Lead infrastructure projects, information systems projects, technical upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, hardware refreshes, and user-technology enhancements. Define scope, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Manage relationships with technology vendors, integrators, and outsourcing partners.
Leadership & Department Management - Lead and manage the global IT &IS team (approx. 20 employees), including system administrators, IS personnel, programmers, helpdesk, and infrastructure engineers. Define departmental goals, KPIs, procedures, and performance standards.
