Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and Platform engineers.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate closely with software development teams to support agile delivery and production readiness.
Promote best practices in automation, monitoring, security, and operation
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Proven experience managing Kubernetes environments at scale.
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools, including Jenkins.
Experience developing automation tools, scripts, and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise Windows infrastructure, including Windows Server and IIS.
Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments.
Familiarity with Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar infrastructure technologies.
