We are hiring a full-time Power BI data Analyst / BI Developer for our client - a leading enterprise based in Rosh HaAyin.
This is not a standard BI Developer role.
This is a Full-Stack, end-to-end BI position designed for analytical thinkers who love going deep into systems, solving real business problems, and delivering impact fast.
You will:
Work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts
Investigate data structures across ERP, CRM, Billing, HR, and other core systems
Build robust data models (Power BI / SSAS Tabular)
Define business metrics and KPIs
Analyze data to uncover insights, trends, and anomalies
Design insightful dashboards and analytical tools that support decision-makers
Become the go-to BI expert who connects technology with business value
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast environments, learns quickly
Requirements: Required:
* 2+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including strong DAX and Power Query
* Strong SQL skills
* Excellent Excel skills
* Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team
* Academic degree in Economics / Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Statistics, etc.
Advantages:
* Experience with SSAS Tabular
* Background in large organizations or multi- system environments
