A fast-growing international iGaming company is looking for an experienced, strategic, and business-oriented CFO to lead the company's financial operations and support its continued growth across Casino and Sports Betting verticals.
The company operates multiple in-house platforms serving international markets and is experiencing significant expansion. The CFO will play a key leadership role, partnering closely with the CEO and executive team to drive financial performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term business strategy.
This is a high-impact position with full responsibility for financial planning, reporting, treasury, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and business analysis across multiple GEOs and business units.
Requirements: Mandatory - proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or a similar senior financial leadership role.
Mandatory - previous experience within the iGaming, Online Casino, Sports Betting, Gaming, or related online high-volume transactional industry.
Strong experience managing financial operations in international and multi-GEO environments.
Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and corporate finance.
Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and driving business profitability.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business decisions.
Experience working with payment providers, PSPs, banking relationships, and complex transaction environments.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, tax, and financial reporting requirements in international markets.
