The Business Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Netsuite ERP system to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Netsuite environment
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Netsuite ERP systems enhancements and customizations.
Configure Netsuite modules, workflows, and dashboards to support business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Netsuite end-users, providing training, support, and troubleshooting assistance, as needed.
Conduct ongoing system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of Netsuite data and processes.
Follow Netsuite updates, releases, and best practices to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.
Review and document system configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and ensure system integrity.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP management, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management and Financials.
Process Knowledge in Supply Chains is essential
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
