Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in modern C++.
Experience developing software for Linux-based systems.
Experience with embedded and/or real-time software development.
Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience owning features throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet, CAN, SPI, UART, or I2C.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical decisions.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on real time embedded software and firmware development experience, including strong expertise in C
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers in a technical team environment
Strong embedded system design and architectural experience
Deep understanding of embedded fundamentals: real-time behavior, interrupts, memory management, concurrency, and low-level debugging
Hands-on experience with ARM microcontroller platforms (STM32 or similar), including firmware implementation and hardware bring-up
Experience implementing and troubleshooting embedded communication interfaces such as I2C, UART, SPI, GPIO, and CAN
Ability to read schematics and work at board level, with proficiency using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware debuggers
Strong experience working in Linux environments, with Git-based workflows and modern development tools
Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives end-to-end

* At least 5 years of experience in Real-Time Embedded systems firmware development using C / C ++.
* Hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting on Embedded micro-controllers and processors.
* Experience with firmware debugging tools such as JTAG and logic analyzers.

* Experience with Embedded peripheries drivers (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, Timers, DMA).

* Experience with AI-driven development tools and workflows

* Experience developing tools and scripts for automation using Python or other scripting languages.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Jenkins, etc) and automation workflows.
* Familiarity with command-line build systems such as CMake, Bazel, Meson, etc.

Requirements:
Responsibilities
* Design and develop real-time embedded software in C/C++ on ARM-based platforms (STM32, Xilinx Zynq / UltraScale+) under an RTOS or bare metal
* Bring up new boards: low-level drivers, BSP, bootloader and embedded Linux kernel adaptation
* Implement and integrate communication interfaces and protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, RS-422/485, Ethernet, TCP/IP)
* Work closely with hardware, FPGA and RF engineers to define and debug HW/SW interfaces
* Debug in the lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and JTAG debuggers
* Implement and optimize signal-processing and control algorithms on embedded targets
* Build PC-side test, simulation and automation tools (Python, C#)
* Own modules end to end: requirements, design, documentation, integration, testing and field trials Requirements
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* 5+ years of hands-on real-time embedded software development
* Strong C and C++ on ARM microcontrollers or SoCs
* Development on an RTOS (e.g. VxWorks, FreeRTOS, uC/OS, INTEGRITY) or bare metal, not only embedded Linux
* Proven board bring-up and low-level driver/BSP experience, including lab debugging with a scope and logic analyzer
* Hands-on experience with peripheral and communication interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, RS-422/485, Ethernet, TCP/IP
* Professional working English (reading and writing technical documents)

Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong embedded and system-level development experience in C and C++.
Experience with Linux kernel development, device drivers, kernel modules, and user-space hardware interfaces.
Experience with PCI Express, and DMA-based data transfer.
Practical knowledge of AMD/Xilinx XDMA IP and Linux XDMA drivers.
Experience developing multithreaded applications on Ubuntu or another Linux distribution.
Experience with AMD/Xilinx Zynq, MPSoC, or RFSoC platforms and tools such as Vitis, Vivado, and PetaLinux.
Knowledge of AXI, DMA, DDR, interrupts, memory mapping, cache coherency, and buffer management.
Experience designing APIs and interfaces between kernel drivers, user-space libraries, and applications.
Understanding ADC/DAC operation, sampling, I/Q processing, NCOs, interpolation, decimation, and FFT analysis.
Strong debugging and performance-analysis skills using JTAG, GDB, ILA, kernel logs, tracing, and profiling tools. Ability to apply oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
Ability to work closely with FPGA, RF, DSP, hardware, and system engineering teams.
Knowledge of LTE / 5G Cellular technology is major advantage.
