This role sits at the intersection of functional testing, performance testing, and customer-representative system design, ensuring the iBox holds up not just to isolated stress, but to the full complexity of production-scale deployments. The role is expected to be approximately 75% hands-on, directly involved in TEST design, execution, and investigation alongside the team.

* Form and Lead a team of scale TEST engineers, hiring and guiding them through complex, large-scale TEST design, execution, and root-cause analysis
