We are seeking experienced proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic hi-tech environment. This is a central and multifaceted role that involves managing daily office operations, coordinating with multiple departments, overseeing vendors and internal systems, and supporting employees services and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations Management:
Manage seating assignments, office moves, and organizational changes.
Responsible for the companys cellular services including line management and coordination with providers.
Responsible for all aspects of office cleaning, including overseeing cleaning staff to ensure standards are met.
Oversee Access Security
Work with various internal systems such as ticketing, vendor management, space planning, access security and more.
Coordinate logistics for international employees and guests.
Provide support at the front desk when needed greeting visitors, answering calls and more.
Coordinate safety and ergonomics trainings for new and existing employees.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager in a hi-tech company.
Availability for full-time, on-site work (no hybrid option).
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook.
Fluent English written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented approach.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
