Role Overview
As Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support across our companys global business. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging matters in a collaborative environment, where your expertise will directly impact strategic decisions and business growth. Reporting to: General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Advise corporate departments (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, R&D and Operations) on legal matters.
Support our companys subsidiaries in Israel and internationally.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Provide legal guidance on intellectual property issues, including trademarks.
Advise on regulatory and compliance matters, including data protection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Requirements: LLB degree and admission to the Israeli Bar mandatory.
37 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel in a commercial company.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contracts, and corporate governance.
High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Experience in IP law, especially trademarks advantage.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
