We are looking for an experienced Head of Process Engineering to lead our manufacturing processes during a critical growth phase.
This role includes end-to-end responsibility for process development, optimization, stabilization, and operational control, while building the process infrastructure needed to support production scale-up and long-term quality, consistency, and repeatability.
This is a highly Hands-on role, especially in the initial phase, with a strong focus on process improvement, troubleshooting, and operational stabilization. Full on-site presence in Caesarea is required due to the Hands-on nature of the role and the need for close involvement in process development, equipment oversight, production support, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes across the company
Ensure process stability, repeatability, and scalability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in early-stage production
Establish and implement process control methodologies
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, deviations, and yield issues
Oversee machine operation, calibration, maintenance, and verification
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with equipment and operational procedures
Work closely with R&D on process development and transfer to production
Partner with QA to ensure process compliance, validation, and quality standards
Lead processes in an advanced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and control.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field
Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment in the semiconductor, microelectronics, or a related industry
Experience in process development, optimization, stabilization, and control
Strong understanding of process control, yield improvement, and production scale-up
Experience identifying and solving process-related issues and manufacturing problems
Familiarity with production equipment, calibration, maintenance, and validation processes
Hands-on experience with machine software for process control, operation, and troubleshooting
Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings (CAD) and electronic documentation, including schematics, Gerber files, and system diagrams
Understanding of material behavior and its impact on process parameters, process stability, and product performance
Experience with polymeric materials and/or sensing technologies is an advantage
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams

Familiarity with transfer from development to manufacturing
Experience with polymer-based processes or sensing-related technologies.
