The Executive Compensation Lead globally designs and implements executive compensation, equity, and benefits strategies to align with our business objectives, while ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with regional and local policies.
What will your job look like?
Managing and coaching a team
You will lead and develop a team responsible for planning global compensation and benefits policies and executing compensation processes for our executive population.
Executive compensation governance and strategic leadership
You will lead complex executive compensation processes and special projects to support business strategy, including close collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
You will act as a focal point for our senior leaders on executive compensation matters, guiding compensation structures, equity, and benefits.
Compensation Committee & senior leadership engagement
You will support the Board Compensation Committee processes, including preparation of materials, analyses, and recommendations related to executive compensation, equity programs, and incentive plans.
You will work closely with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to ensure alignment, accuracy, and governance.
Equity & stock administration leadership
You will have global responsibility for executive equity programs and company-wide stock administration, including plan design, operational oversight, and alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.
Design and delivery of tailored compensation solutions
You will design customized compensation and equity solutions in response to unique business or leadership needs, working closely with senior management, HR, Legal, and Finance.
Communication and executive-facing materials
You will draft and present compensation-related materials for senior management and executives, supporting informed decision-making and clear communication of compensation programs.
Best practices, benchmarking, and market insight
You will stay current with executive compensation and equity trends, governance practices, and market developments, leading external and internal benchmarking activities across compensation elements.
Budget control and cost management
You will lead and contribute to monitoring executive compensation-related costs and budgets, supporting forecasting, analysis, and cross-company cost reviews.
HR systems and compliance support
You will participate in the implementation and enhancement of HR and equity-related systems, ensuring compensation and stock administration processes are compliant

At least 10 years of senior-level experience in global Compensation & Benefits, with direct responsibility for executive compensation, equity, and incentive plans in a large, multinational organization.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and top executives, including involvement in Board-level and/or Compensation Committee processes.
Proven people management experience, including managing and developing professional teams in complex, high-impact environments.
Strong expertise in executive compensation governance, equity programs, and long-term incentives, with the ability to balance business needs, market practice, and compliance.
High business, financial, and analytical acumen, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level recommendations.
