Technical Product Manager - Product Performance
Join Maytronics, a global leader in robotic pool cleaning solutions, and play a key role in shaping product performance from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product performance activities throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition to launch readiness.
Define and track performance KPIs, ensuring alignment between product requirements, customer expectations, and validation results.
Drive Beta, Field TEST, and POC programs in real-world environments.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance analysis of competing products.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, R D, and V V teams to drive product excellence
Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering or a related technical field.
2-3 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Development, or a similar role.
Experience with multidisciplinary products combining Hardware, Software, and App Connectivity.
Hands-on experience leading field testing and product validation activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
