This position is on-site working based at our company Yokneam. You will report to the engineering manager and collaborate regularly with teams across production, quality, maintenance, and operations. Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for all manufacturing processes on production floor, pFMEA, Equipment URS, Working instructions, test methods, Support production training, Define Packaging instructions; Ensures processes and procedures are following regulations; Monitors documentation maintenance throughout all phases of product lifecycle.
Project management skills, Responsible for timelines, Scop of work, Budget.
Implement jigs, fixtures, and other manufacturing support tools for medical device assembly and testing.
Improve manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling; Review arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
Support manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques; Issue specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Drives a continuous improvement mindset by engraining and improving the MPS (our company Performance System) methodologies in the day-to-day; Execute Improvement in Yokneam Operations KPIs (Yields, Scrap, Quality, Safety, OEE).
Acts as a partner with mainly production and Quality operations and other functions in Operations and R&D sustain team.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the full NPI and design-transfer process from R&D handoff through pilot builds, qualification, production ramp-up, and stabilization.

What You Can Expect:
Own the Optomechanics/mechanical and thermal design, simulation, validation, and integration of our next-generation Switch Group development and reference design systems for Data Centers for AI hyperscale customers.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with HW, SIE, FW, Validation, and silicon teams to drive decisions on cooling solutions, power delivery packaging, structural integrity, and manufacturability, and will lead the Optomechanics-thermal engagement with our ODM and component vendors.
Own the Optomechanics-thermal design of Switch Group systems (including thermal solutions and mechanical challenges on PCB / chassis/rack level).
Design and execute Optomechanics and thermal experiments in the lab - from DOE through measurement, analysis, and corrective action.
Debug mechanical and thermal failures; drive root-cause to closure; take previous learnings to next products.

the hw pm team focuses on hw engineering development activities; managing multiple complex programs that support the development and ttm of new networking products for datacenter segment. the role of pm organization gives an individual the principal responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the program and rollout, the mission is to cover all stages of program development, including schedule planning, resource allocation, cohesive program execution, change management, and cycle closure with post-mortems.
