Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Sales Coordinator to manage our inbound sales flow. You will be responsible for overseeing our Gmail inbox, generating quotes, and managing consistent follow-ups. Your goal is to convert website inquiries and phone calls into successful sales and satisfied customers.
Inbox Management: Handling the primary Gmail account with precision.
Quote Generation: Preparing accurate quotes for potential clients.
Lead Conversion: Transforming inquiries and calls into closed deals.
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow the business.
Customer Retention: Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements: English: Mother-tongue level (written and verbal).
Experience: Proven background in technical sales.
Technical Aptitude: A solid technical background to understand and communicate our product value.
Google Workspace Expert: You must be highly proficient in Gmail (managing labels, filters, and templates) and Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and using basic formulas).
Self-Starter: Since we do not use an automated CRM, you must be someone who naturally enjoys staying organized and disciplined without being micro-managed.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills with the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Written Communication: Ability to write professional, error-free emails that represent our brand with excellence.
Efficiency: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where speed of response is the top priority.
