Assume full responsibility for local business operations and overall P L management.
Lead the local organization, including operational teams and field activities.
Drive operational performance and ensure the achievement of business objectives and performance targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and local stakeholders.
Manage budgets, expenses, procurement, logistics, and supplier relationships.
Identify new business prospects and lead strategic initiatives to promote sustainable business growth.
Requirements: Extensive senior management experience in Africa - mandatory.
Proven track record as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, or in a comparable senior leadership position.
French proficiency - mandatory.
Strong background in P L ownership and operational management.
Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure services, or related sectors - a significant advantage.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale field operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong commercial acumen, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to navigate complex and dynamic business environments across Africa.
Willingness to relocate to Africa.
