Job Description: We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst to lead requirements gathering, design CRM workflows and processes, and act as the bridge between business teams and developers. The role includes writing specifications, configuring the system, and supporting integrations and testing. Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements and design custom extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
* Design and oversee the implementation of REST API integrations with external systems.
* Define and manage data import processes using various tools (e.g., data Import, SSIS, Azure data Factory).
* Specify and guide development of plugins, JavaScript customizations, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
* Collaborate closely with development, QA, and integration teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements: Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience analyzing and designing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Deep understanding of Dynamics customizations: custom entities, fields, forms, and business process flows.
* Hands-on experience with plugin development using.NET and JavaScript in the Dynamics environment.
* Proven experience designing REST API-based integrations.
* Experience in planning and implementing data loading processes with various tools.
* Strong analytical skills and business process understanding. Advantages:
* Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
* Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM.
