A leading organization is looking for a Copilot Studio Developer to build and implement AI agents for business processes. The role focuses on in-platform development, with an emphasis on conversational scenarios, business logic, and agent behavior.
Responsibilities:
Architect and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build topics and complex conversational scenarios, including branching and dialogue flow management.
Define agent instructions, variables, conditions, and business logic.
Tailor agent behavior to organizational needs and User Experience ( UX ) standards.
Conduct testing, handle edge cases, and improve response accuracy and relevance.
Publish, deploy, and perform ongoing maintenance of the agents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical solutions.
Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in agent development using Microsoft Copilot Studio - Must.
Experience in building topics, conversational scenarios, variables, conditions, and branching - Must.
Experience in defining agent instructions and improving agent behavior and response quality - Must.
Ability to translate business processes into conversational logic and scenarios.
Ability to lead independently from the architecture phase through to deployment.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to User Experience.
