Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo and Herzliya
Job Type: Full Time
We're looking for a Talent Operations Partner to be the backbone of our HR operations in Israel: the person who keeps processes, systems, and data running accurately behind the scenes while also being a trusted, responsive presence for employees and managers day to day. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure and precision in a fast-moving, high-volume environment, and who takes real ownership of making HR operations scalable, auditable, and reliable across a large, complex, multi-country organization. Just as important as the operational rigor is the human side of the role: you're approachable, people-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction so employees and managers alike feel heard, supported, and well taken care of.

As a Talent Operations Partner, you will own the processes, systems, and data infrastructure that keep HR running accurately and efficiently, while also serving as a trusted, approachable point of contact for employees and managers.

You will:

Own and continuously improve HR processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contracts, benefits, payroll operations including time attendance), ensuring they are documented, standardized, and scalable across the organization.
HRIS: maintain accurate employee data, configure and troubleshoot workflows, run regular data integrity audits.
Manage multiple concurrent HR operations priorities and deadlines - payroll cycles, audits, compliance filings, benefits enrollment, reporting - without dropping details, in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Prepare, maintain, and quality-control HR documentation, reports, and employee records, with strong attention to accuracy and auditability.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policy, translating requirements into clear guidance and system/process updates for stakeholders.
Serve as the primary, approachable point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, bringing a customer-focused mindset to every interaction and ensuring a positive, responsive employee experience.
Plan and implement employee welfare and engagement activities.
Contribute to the design, documentation, and rollout of HR policies and process improvements.
Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven HR operations/systems experience in a large, complex organization - this is a core requirement, not a preference.
Proven experience delivering HR support in international/global environments.
Hands-on HRIS expertise: configuring workflows, running audits, generating reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with strong organizational rigor and process discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a bias toward building repeatable, well-documented processes over ad-hoc fixes.
Experience managing end-to-end HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives) at scale.
A naturally approachable, people-first style, with a customer-focused mindset and genuine care for delivering a positive employee experience.
Collaborative, adaptable team player, comfortable in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable with formulas/pivot tables for reporting) plus Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
This position is open to all candidates.

Job responsibilities
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You will:
Own our companys core talent cycle, including performance, talent and succession processes.
Turn those processes into manager-friendly experiences that are clear, well adopted and tied to business decisions.
Lead the continued development of the Performance Pod and ensure it delivers measurable impact, not just a well-run cycle.
Build stronger talent and capability insights, drawing together performance, skills, learning needs and workforce priorities.
Prepare the talent and development foundations needed for next years organisational setup, including scalable processes, ownership and governance.
Lead key change initiatives across stakeholders, bringing them in early enough that new ways of working actually stick.
Build and develop the Talent capability itself: clarify roles, strengthen expertise, and ensure continuity rather than relying on one person carrying the work.
Requirements:
we are transitioning to a skills-based organization, so we value a growth mindset above all. However, as a small team with a massive global reach, we need someone who can hit the ground running with a diverse toolkit.
We are looking for:
7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, People Strategy, or a related field.
Proven ownership of end-to-end talent cycles: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning in a multi-country organization.
Demonstrated ability to turn people processes into simple, manager-friendly experiences with strong adoption and measurable business impact.
Strong experience using talent data to generate actionable insights across performance, skills, capability, learning needs, and workforce priorities.
Experience partnering effectively with HRBPs, business leaders, Learning/People Growth, and commercial enablement teams to address priority capability gaps.
Proven change leadership skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and embedding new ways of working across complex organizations.
Strong operating mindset: able to establish clear governance, ownership, processes, and measures of success for global talent programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to challenge leaders constructively.
Demonstrated ability to use AI thoughtfully to improve talent insights, streamline manager and employee experiences, and scale development - while applying sound judgment around data privacy, fairness, and human decision-making.
Nice to have: experience with our company platform; experience supporting a commercial/GTM organization; advanced HR analytics or workforce-planning
