About the Role Medison is seeking a highly analytical, driven, and hands-on professional to join the Office of the CEO as a Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and senior leadership team, you will help drive high-priority strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis, executive-level communication, external benchmarking, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, exercises strong judgment, and can independently transform business challenges into actionable insights and recommendations. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant exposure to executive leadership and enterprise-wide decision-making. This role will report to Chief of Staff, Office of the CEO.

Responsibilities:

* Lead analysis of strategic business questions, developing data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
* Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Evaluate strategic alternatives and clearly articulate their business, financial, and organizational implications.
* Build executive-level presentations and materials for the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
* Support the development of Medison's corporate narrative and long term strategic positioning.
* Evaluate business opportunities, risks, and strategic alternatives, including their financial and operational implications.
* Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from initial analysis and decision-making through implementation planning and execution.
* For selected CEO-sponsored initiatives, establish and drive the project management framework, including workstreams, milestones, ownership, dependencies, progress tracking, and escalation of key issues.
* Challenge and enhance work produced by external advisors and consultants.
* Anticipate the questions and concerns of senior stakeholders and ensure recommendations are well-supported and actionable.
* Identify opportunities to improve management processes through automation, AI, and technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:
Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors
Take full ownership of the monthly and quarterly closing processes across multiple entities around the globe
Support and provide professional guidance to the bookkeeping team in day-to-day activities to ensure accurate and reliable financial records
Own the accounting and financial aspects of our companys entities around the globe, partnering with our finance teams across regions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Tax team, Legal, AP, Payments, Data, providing valuable financial and accounting insights

The role is designed for an entry-level Assistant Controller supporting the Controller in key accounting and financial processes. The position includes hands-on involvement in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, data preparation, reporting support, and ongoing financial analysis, while gradually building professional knowledge of the company’s business model, accounting workflows, internal controls, and cross-functional interfaces.

Responsibilities:

* Support monthly closing processes, including preparation of reconciliations, journal entry support, and review of supporting documentation.
* Assist with revenue, cost, and gross margin processes under the guidance of senior finance team members.
* Prepare financial analyses, reports, and data validations to support management review and decision-making.
* Support inventory, pricing, and partner-related accounting activities, including data collection and accuracy checks.
* Maintain and update working files, reports, price lists, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
* Assist in communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding routine finance and accounting matters.
* Support audit processes by preparing requested data, schedules, and backup documentation.
* Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
