The Role
Lead Full Stack Web Developer ( React / Next.js / Node.js / DevOps )
Were looking for a senior, highly autonomous Lead Full Stack Web Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our web platform - architecture, Full Stack development, DevOps, and everything in between.
This is a senior, high-trust role with a broad mandate: you will ramp up on a live, production-grade platform alongside our engineering team and grow into full technical ownership of the web domain. It is a rare opportunity to shape the technical direction of a product already deployed with leading contractors internationally.

Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications
* 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including a role as tech lead or lead Developer on a production web platform.
* Deep expertise in React, including performance optimization and large-codebase structure.
* Proven track record of designing and owning system architecture end to end.
* Proven experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
* Strong backend development experience with Node.js, including API design and data modeling.
* Hands-on DevOps capability: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
* Experience working with AI-assisted / agentic workflows and modern development tools.
* Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently with a high degree of autonomy.
* Ability to absorb an existing codebase quickly and take responsibility for it.
* Clear communication skills, and the maturity to make and defend technical decisions with product and management.
