About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead technology projects end-to-end - from understanding the business need and defining the right solution through implementation and go-live.
This role requires strong ownership, independence, sound judgment, and the ability to move things forward in a dynamic environment.
What Youll Do
Lead cross-functional technology projects end-to-end
Translate business needs into practical technology solutions
Map processes and write technical specifications
Lead development teams and vendors in a matrix environment
Work with stakeholders in Israel and abroad
Manage priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive delivery through go-live
Requirements: What Were Looking For
5+ years in Technology Project Management - must
Proven end-to-end technology project delivery - must
Experience mapping processes, writing specifications, and translating business needs into technical requirements - must
Strong technical understanding and experience working with development teams - must
Excellent written and spoken English - must
High independence, initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skills
Strong Advantages
Pre-Sales / solution design experience
salesforce experience
Familiarity with CRM, ERP and/or BI systems
Experience in complex organizations
Experience with AI projects or AI-based systems
