An established and growing pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next stage of growth and development.
This is a senior executive leadership position with full responsibility for the companys strategy, commercial performance, operations, and organizational development.
Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical or medical device, companies will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the companys overall strategy, growth, and business performance
Take full P L responsibility and drive sustainable revenue and profitability
Develop and execute the companys strategic and commercial plans
Lead and develop the senior management team and overall organization
Identify new growth opportunities,
Requirements: Significant executive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry - mandatory
Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or senior executive with broad business responsibility
Proven P L ownership and strong commercial and financial orientation
Demonstrated experience leading and developing organizations and senior management teams
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, its commercial dynamics, and regulatory environment
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies
Experience managing relationships with boards, shareholders, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution capabilities
