We're looking for a Social Community & Marketing Manager to own the health, quality, and engagement of the Reviewers.com reviewer community. You'll obsess over reviewer quality, identify exceptional creators before anyone else does, help shape our quality standards, and create programs that keep our community engaged and active. You'll work closely with Product, AI, Marketing, and Support to ensure every reviewer interaction strengthens the marketplace.
As a Social Community & Marketing Manager at our company, you will:
Own the day-to-day health of the Reviewers.com reviewer community.
Review newly vetted reviewers and submitted video reviews to identify quality trends, rising stars, and areas for improvement.
Continuously improve our quality standards by providing feedback to our AI-powered vetting and moderation systems.
Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure brands consistently receive exceptional video reviews.
Build, launch, and manage our Certified Reviewers Program, including reviewer selection, onboarding, training, communication, and ongoing performance management.
Re-engage inactive reviewers through creative campaigns, outreach, and community initiatives.
Own the reviewer social media calendar across our community channels.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social content that educates, motivates, and celebrates our reviewer community.
Organize community events, challenges, recognition programs, and other initiatives that increase engagement and retention.
Track community health metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve reviewer quality, activity, and satisfaction.
Become the voice of our reviewer community internally by bringing insights and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Requirements: What you will need:
Ability to communicate effectively in Hebrew - a must
2+ years of experience in Community Management, Operations, Creator Partnerships or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment for evaluating content quality.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Passion for building engaged online communities.
Comfortable working with data and identifying trends.
Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and building new processes from scratch.
Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ways to engage people.
Nice to have:
Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC communities.
Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce.
Experience working with AI tools and providing feedback to improve AI workflows.
Experience building ambassador, advocate, or certification programs.
