We are looking for a Sr. Director Presales to lead and scale our global presales activities, acting as a strategic partner to the Sales organization and a key driver of revenue growth. The Embedded control team develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, rt problems on different platforms - DSPs, Companys ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. Our technological challenges focus on the following fields: power electronics, digital close loop control and Digital Signal Processing algorithms implemented on companys microprocessors. In this position, you will take part in developing advanced control algorithms and software for our state-of-the-art products. What you will be doing:
* Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP, and communication over different platforms.

The Cellular group is looking for an extraordinary Systems and Algorithms engineer with extensive experience in signal processing, communication systems, and feature integrations to develop and drive pioneering technologies for our products. As part of the team, you will work on the recent cellular technologies, LTE, 5G, and 6G, to develop and integrate solutions on the cellular Modem, focusing on defining and integrating new solutions. You will have the chance to be part of an exciting development process that brings new solutions to life in groundbreaking areas of cellular chip development, which is a key part of our products.

Leading role in developing and integrating features in the systems and algorithms for Cellular modems. You will be working on pre and post-silicon system development activities to achieve full operation and optimization of PHY/L1 modules such as AGC, DPD, advanced time-domain processing, channel estimation, demodulation, and decoding, in a highly complicated wireless communication device.
We are looking for a highly reciprocal individual who can excel in performing the integration of these modules in the system with a comprehensive full-stack understanding and with the ability to analyze issues in the lab and field, which are related to L1, MAC, and RRC procedures, with tight multi-functional work with RF, HW, FW, and SW teams.

As a key member of our best-in-class CAD Group, you will be part of building innovative designs. We will apply your hands-on experience in power EM/IR analysis to develop, define and refine the methodologies and flows for gate-level, as well as transistor level designs. Major tasks will include functional static / dynamic IR analysis, scan mode IVD analysis, package and interposer model handling, 3DIC and multi die analysis, power EM analysis, SigEM, power switch modeling, design abstract and reuse for EM/IR purposes, IP / SoC level EMIR sign-off / ECO, and much more.

In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Development of custom EM/IR solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges.
- Streamline and automate EM/IR flow with ownership of the entire flow.
- Support and collaborate with design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Package & System / Technology) on their EM/IR requirements for various post-layout flows.
- Work side by side with EDA vendors and foundries for tool qualification, debug, and enhancement.
