Education:
* B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering.
* M.Sc. Electro-Optics or Physics - an advantage. Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in system engineering of electro-optical products.

Requirements:

* Up to 5 years of professional experience in Hardware Board Design (excluding mandatory military service)
* Experience in analog board design and high-power power supply design – Must
* Hands-on experience performing board bring-up for digital boards and power supply boards – Must
* Experience editing schematics and supporting PCB layout – Must
* Experience preparing design reviews (PDR/CDR) – Must
* Experience writing ATP and POD documentation – Must

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
BSc in EE or Physics.
5 years of experience in signal processing, parameter estimation, and stochastic signal processing.
Hands-on experience in lab testing, characterization, and field certifications
In-depth knowledge of cellular communication standards: 5GNR, 4G LTE, and the corresponding L1/MAC/RRC procedures such as PLMN/Cell search, hand over, re-selection, measurements, random access procedures, registration, etc.
Full-stack system-level understanding and ability to comprehend and effect an improvement to multi-disciplinary processes of RF/PHY/L1/L2 and L3
Experience with Matlab, C/C++, and/or Python for algorithm modeling (floating-point and fixed-point), link-level simulation, and lab testing environments.
Good understanding and debug capabilities of a mixed HW/FW multi-processor PHY/L1 implementation.
Experience in chip bring-up and lab equipment, such as protocol testers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.
Strong analytical skills (linear algebra, random processes, detection, and estimation, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in developing machine learning projects - a plus.
MSc or PhD - an advantage.

Requirements:
Engineering Background: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial and Management Engineering, or a related field.
Aerosystems background & defense background: Familiarity with defense products specific to aircraft.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of defense products; Radar, Sensors, Elctro-optics, SIGINT.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Requirements:
· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading institution – Must · 5+ years of experience in board-level hardware design – Must · Strong understanding of DDR5, PCIe, USB 3.0, I2C, and I3C interfaces · Experience with FPGA design – Advantage
