Youll be part of a collaborative group of 5 analysts, delivering key financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and helping drive strategic decisions across the company.
Responsibilities
Support the annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes.
Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
Provide ongoing financial support and analysis for various teams, projects, customer transactions, and strategic initiatives.
Build ad-hoc financial models, reports, and analysis as needed.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and explaining variances.
Collaborate with the finance team and department heads to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Financial Fraud Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our payments ecosystem, responsible for balancing robust fraud prevention with a frictionless checkout experience for legitimate users. You will act as the subject matter expert on payment risk, driving strategies that optimize our transaction approval rates while keeping bad actors at bay.
Responsibilities
Continuously evaluate and adjust payment risk levels and fraud rules across our billing platforms to maximize legitimate transaction approvals while minimizing chargebacks and fraudulent activity.
Champion and implement best practices for frictionless payment flows, ensuring genuine customers experience a smooth, hassle-free onboarding and purchasing journey.
Monitor day-to-day payment flows, investigate failed transactions, identify patterns of abuse, and resolve complex payment escalations in real-time.
Partner closely with the Product, RnD, and Compliance teams to design secure payment features, integrate new payment methods, and ensure alignment with global financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, SCA, KYC).
Conduct ongoing research on global payment trends, fraud vectors, and B2B SaaS industry benchmarks to keep our payment strategies ahead of the curve.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key payment metrics (approval rates, chargeback ratios, false positives) and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
