Key Responsibilities

Financial Closing and Reporting

Participate in and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Perform analytical reviews of financial results, balance sheet accounts, and trial balances to identify trends, variances, and potential accounting issues.
Statutory Financial Statements and External Audit

Prepare annual statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and periodic reviews.
Tax Compliance and Reporting

Prepare and support the submission of local tax returns and other tax-related filings.
Work closely with external tax advisors on direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
Transfer Pricing

Support the implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and studies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing requirements.
Internal Controls and Compliance

Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and compliance processes.
Evaluate existing financial processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, standardization, and control effectiveness.
Support internal audits and remediation of identified control deficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with local and regional finance teams on accounting, tax, compliance, and reporting matters.
Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses as required.

Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
Provide ongoing financial support and analysis for various teams, projects, customer transactions, and strategic initiatives.
Build ad-hoc financial models, reports, and analysis as needed.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and explaining variances.
Collaborate with the finance team and department heads to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.
Be proactive - identify opportunities for process improvements and bring forward your own ideas and initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join its Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with approximately 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach. The role combines financial analysis, budget monitoring, and close collaboration with budget owners across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Track, monitor, and analyze operating expenses across departments.
Perform Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis and provide clear variance explanations.
Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations.
Conduct financial and economic analyses to support management decision-making.
Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders and budget owners.
Financial responsibility on a subsidiary, including budgeting, and performance monitoring.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
Support continuous improvement of financial control and reporting processes.
