We are looking for an AI-native operator who will not only own the current sales tool stack but redefine how sales operations is run in the AI era -- designing smarter workflows and building AI-native applications for our sales team as needed.
This is a role for a versatile operator who moves fluidly between hands-on execution and strategic thinking, combining strong business judgment with a structured, organized way of working to make the whole revenue organization run sharper and faster.
What You'll Own:
Sales & Partner Operations. Lead all aspects of Sales and Partner Operations, supporting both direct and channel sales motions.
Deal desk owner. Run the end-to-end deal desk and own the commercial analysis behind each deal; build customer-facing quotes; own the quoting tool and the price list.
Tools & systems. Own the full sales tool stack (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) and take it into the AI era -- introducing new tools, designing smarter workflows, and building AI-native applications for the sales team as needed.
Process & systems definition. Define and maintain the sales process within the tools -- pipeline stages, forecasting logic, etc.
Analysis & insights. Build forecasts, prepare QBRs, and turn data into clear, well-designed analysis and insights that leadership can act on.
Strategic planning. Lead strategic planning activities including territory design and quota setting.
Back office & order management. Manage the order process across NetSuite, Salesforce, and Deal Hub; act as RFP quarterback, coordinating inputs across teams to hit deadlines.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience. Over 10 years in global sales operations, business / financial analysis, or operations management, within enterprise B2B.
Sales ops experience. 4+ years specifically in sales operations.
Experience in fast-growing and dynamic companies.
AI-native builder. Comfortable building lightweight applications and automations for the sales team; fluent with modern AI tools.
Strong with people & business. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.
Multi-skilled operator. Able to move between tactical execution and strategic work, and to juggle several workstreams without dropping accuracy.
Detail- and process-oriented. Detail-oriented, process-oriented, organized, and skilled at visualizing data clearly.
