Our Networking business unit is looking for IC Reliability Lab manger, who will work in our R&D labs in Yokneam.

As an IC Reliability Test lab manager, the candidate will be responsible for leading all reliability test lab activities and tasks as well as leading a team of operators and practical engineers.

Candidate will lead a team performing various types of testing of our ICs, on various reliability platform, on ATE and evaluation boards, as part of reliability activities, design, production validation and IC characterization.

This job allows you to work in a complex, exciting engineering environment handling challenging IC testing activities.

What youll be doing:

The manager will be leading various type of reliability testings of our ICs, and responsible on our reliability labs, which is a multi-millions $ worth of equipment as well as activities such as IQC, OQC, IC Inventory managing and shipments.
This will include ATE (Automated Test Equipment), systems & evaluation boards and reliability equipment.
Full management a team of Technicians and Operators, including day to day management, prioritization, focal reviews, and training.
Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment such as IC ATE, HTOL systems, Scopes, DVMs and other tooling, minimizing down time for all.
Providing excellent support to engineers and our internal customers, carrying out Q&R tasks and following strict execution methodologies.
Establishing/Maintaining a comprehensive Engineering Lab Stock, apply skills to automate complex tasks and improve team productivity and efficiency.
Entering and maintaining a database of work procedures and test data and reading Schematics of electronic circuits.
Building, updating, and improving Lab Processes and Procedures while following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks.

We are looking for an ideal candidates who will be actively involved in testing industry-leading features in the FW sector, able to rapidly acquire new feature knowledge, conduct both manual and automated tests, and contribute to the development of automation systems.

What you'll be doing:
Review arch design and requirements documents for new features introduced in several domains like Switch/HCA/NVL/Linkx FW.
Design, develop, and perform tests for the new features, as part of FW GA or update releases.
Automate newly added tests in the existing automation framework, and add new capabilities and features to the framework.
Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, and raise if not fixed.
Conduct tests in various areas, including regression, performance, functional, and security. Keep track of testing progress and generate summary reports of testing activities.
Fully collaborate with different external teams like : :product marketing, R&D, and verification.
Define and build setups topologies for appropriate product coverage.

Were seeking a hands‑on Field Support & Customer Complaints Engineer to serve as the technical front line for EMEA customers

Diagnosing complex motion system issues
Driving rapid resolution and closing the loop with robust corrective and preventive actions.
Manage complaints end‑to‑end (from intake through root cause analysis and CAPA)
provide on‑site and remote support
Closely collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, and R&D to protect customer uptime and product performance.
Job responsibilities:
Customer technical support (EMEA): Provide Tier‑2/3 remote and on‑site support for motion systems (mechanical, electrical, controls), including installation assistance, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Complaint and Service Calls management: Own the full lifecycle of customer complaints and escalations-intake, triage, replication, root‑cause analysis (e.g., 5‑Whys, Fishbone, 8D), corrective actions, preventive actions, and formal closure with clear documentation.
Field diagnostics & failure analysis: Collect logs, waveforms, and measurements; analyze mechanical assemblies, drivers/controllers, cabling, and environmental factors to isolate issues; recommend fixes, field updates, or design/process changes.
On‑site interventions: Plan and execute field visits across EMEA to stabilize systems, perform repairs/replacements (RMA coordination), apply firmware/parameter updates, and validate effectiveness.
Quality collaboration: Work with Quality to initiate NCRs/CAPAs, verify containment, and track systemic improvements back into production and service knowledge bases.
Cross‑functional alignment: Coordinate with R&D, Project Managers, Operations, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure parts availability, ECO changes, and sustainable resolutions reflected in manuals, procedures, and training. [JD Service Eng | Word]
Knowledge assets: Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, service bulletins, and FAQs; deliver training to distributors and key customers.
Voice of Customer: Aggregate field insights to influence product reliability, usability, and serviceability; contribute data to reliability reviews and design FMEAs.
Tools & systems: Keep accurate case records in CRM/ticketing systems; maintain test rigs, jigs, and diagnostic tooling required for field validation.
Safety & compliance: Adhere to company and customer safety standards; ensure service work aligns with applicable quality procedures.
