What You Will Be Doing:
Lead board design through all development stages: from definition to implementation, bring-up, qualification and final release.
Full responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection and layout considerations till board fabrication and assembly.
Extensive lab bring-up and debugging until the testing platform is efficiently implemented on the Production floor.
Combine an understanding of the electronics, FW and SW aspects into the accurate system architecture.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D engineering teams.
Monitor environment testing.

What you'll be doing:

Lead Pioneering Switch System design from concept to mass production.

Collaborate and integrate with all HW project fields: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL and more.

Project decision maker - Technical focal point.

What youll be doing:
Lead multi-functional teams to guarantee seamless completion of all development stages, adhering closely to technical guidelines and quality criteria.
Ensure the professional and robust execution of all development phases, strictly adhering to engineering standards and defined quality requirements.
Drive proactive quality activities such as Inquiry, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Identify, prioritize, track, and mitigate potential risks to prevent impact on schedule and quality.
Manage product changes and maintain configuration control throughout the development lifecycle.
Promote and enforce early detection mechanisms by driving the implementation of early checks, continuous monitoring, and rapid resolution of identified issues.
Ensure the organization is maintaining adherence to quality control plans and processes; maintain and enhance product design development, verification, and validation processes, to allow high quality of products throughout the entire product life cycle.
Partner with Continuous Improvement to drive Quality process improvement initiatives to reduce customer complaints and internal scrap, including developing and coordinating department project planning.

What you will be doing:
Lead projects across team, starting from processing requirements and definitions from customers and translating those into detailed technical specification for hardware architecture, system embedded software, user interface and high-level design.

We are looking for a talented Process Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team and lead the transition of innovative electronic products from development to production.

What youll do:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer products from R&D to manufacturing.
Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes for electronic and electromechanical products.
Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Testability (DFT) activities.
Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Lead process validation, qualification, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement projects.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-focused Manufacturing & Production Security Specialist to join our ITPE (Interconnect Product Engineering) organization. You will own and drive cybersecurity standards across production environments and testing lifecycles, spanning networking product lines manufactured at internal and contract manufacturing sites. We develop a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where ideas are shared and innovation is encouraged.

As the ITPE Security Specialist, you will collaborate with Infrastructure Architects and Test Engineering Developers to design, build, and implement a highly secure PKI environment and robust data paths. This role combines deep technical security implementation with governance spanning on-site and outsourced manufacturing locations, ensuring strict security compliance while enabling engineering velocity.

What youll be doing:
Implement, automate, and maintain a robust and secure PKI infrastructure; build secure Key Provisioning and Code Signing workflows within ATE pipelines.
Own lifecycle management of digital certificates and cryptographic identities across all product families (LinkX, switches, NICs).
Partner with test developers to harden the Test Engineer Datapath, preventing data tampering or leakage.
Implement security baselines, endpoint protection, and AD Privilege Management across test stations and MES systems.
Define, enforce, and audit security policies across all internal and external production sites (Contract Manufacturers).
Implement network segmentation between corporate IT, engineering networks, and the manufacturing floor.
Own recurring security syncs and present security status updates to ITPE leadership.
