Required Lead Program Integrator
Job Description Summary
The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) leads major initiatives within the Program Office, holding end to end ownership of the Install Base (IB) projects and supports the Program Manager.
The role drives day to day execution while establishing strong planning, governance, and controls to ensure successful delivery of multiple IB-related projects.
Partnering with cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service, the LPI ensures products meet business, performance, compliance, and launch readiness requirements. As the central integrator and decision maker, the LPI aligns stakeholders, manages trade offs, and turns strategy into results.
The role drives day‑to‑day execution and ensures effective planning, governance, and delivery of complex POCUS programs. Working with cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, service, and clinical functions, the LPI ensures systems meet business goals, clinical performance, compliance, and readiness for deployment at the point of care.

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Program Manager and leadership in delivering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and business commitments across the program
Own program milestones, driving closure of deliverables and actions
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and service
Lead design transfer to enable smooth transition from development to manufacturing and launch
Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity
Establish clear governance, planning, and communication rhythms to drive alignment and accountability
Support the Program Manager and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and business objectives are met throughout the program lifecycle.

We are looking for a Process Validation Engineer to join our Operations Engineering team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and reliability of our manufacturing processes and equipment within a global medical device environment.

In this role, you will lead and support validation and risk management activities across internal and external operations, helping ensure compliance with FDA and ISO requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for managing validation programs, maintaining risk management documentation, supporting audits, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards across systems, products, and processes.

What you will do:
Lead the creation of high-level test plans, validation assessments, and validation plans, while overseeing execution progress and completion.
Review and approve test methods, validation test plans, and validation results.
Manage validation samples and support validation execution activities across internal and external operations.
Serve as a point of contact for subcontractor test laboratories and support coordination of validation-related activities.
Maintain and regularly update pFMEA documentation and related risk management records.
Identify risks, support mitigation planning, and implement actions to maintain compliance and process reliability.
Support and conduct internal audits according to the annual audit program and report audit findings.
Manage relevant Issues, NCMRs, and CAPAs related to validation and quality activities.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for validation activities during internal and external audits.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to systems, products, services, and validation processes.
Participate in and support calibration and preventive maintenance programs for measuring devices and test equipment, as needed.

Subcontractor Production Planning, Lead production planning with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with business priorities, capacity and supply plans. Monitor subcontractors capacity, production performance and delivery commitments, driving corrective actions and risk mitigation when required.
Manufacturing Capacity Planning, Analyze manufacturing capacity across internal operations and subcontractors. Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions to support production requirements and customer commitments.
Service Spare Parts Planning, Lead service spare parts planning and execution, ensuring material availability to support global service operations. Oversee planning priorities, execution and inventory availability to meet agreed service levels and business objectives. Partner with Service and cross-functional teams to balance service demand with manufacturing capacity and business priorities.
Process Optimization, Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production planning processes, systems and KPIs. Lead the development and implementation of planning tools, methodologies and system enhancements to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
