We are seeking a Company Controller to lead our global accounting and ensure financial integrity while delivering business insights. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will own the end-to-end financial reporting process, manage US GAAP compliance, lead strategic business discussions and oversee tax and equity matters across our entities. What you will do?
Financial reporting & audit: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Manage the relationship with external auditors and resolve complex accounting issues, own the annual audit end-to-end.
US entity compliance: Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance.
Financial Operations & Close: Lead the global month-end close across all entities, including G/L oversight working alongside the Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller.
Revenue Recognition (ASC 606): Provide high-level oversight on revenue recognition processes.
Business Partnering and Process Optimization: Act as a focal point for cross-departmental projects and infuse strategic viewpoint to lead processes and implement systems and AI tools.
Equity & Stock-Based Compensation: Oversee the accounting and administration of employee stock options and equity plans, including valuation (e.g., 409A), expense recognition under US GAAP (ASC 718), and coordination with external advisors.

As a Merchant Finance Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting day-to-day financial processes related to our merchant partners. What youll be doing
In this role, you will support core financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes while assisting with resolving day-to-day finance-related queries. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving financial workflows.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
Act as a first point of contact for finance-related inquiries from internal teams
Support the review and validation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies at scale
Support tax-related processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Help ensure timely and accurate processing of financial records and documentation
Contribute to process improvements to streamline financial workflows
Participate in cross-functional projects under the guidance of the team manager.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual planning and rolling forecasts for bookings, ARR, and revenue. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align financial targets with business strategy.
Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain robust financial models to support growth initiatives and strategic decisions. Deliver actionable insights on pipeline, conversion, pricing, and revenue performance.
Capacity Modeling: Support capacity and workforce planning aligned with GTM productivity and efficiency goals. Analyse productivity metrics, and investment efficiency across the funnel.
Pricing: Partner on pricing strategies for new and existing products. Conduct margin analysis and support packaging and monetization decisions.
BvA Analysis: Own monthly BvA analysis for top-line metrics, translating variances into clear business actions. Track and evolve key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, etc.)
Process Improvement: Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and tools to support a scaling global organization.
