We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support and help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role involves assisting end users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering reliable support in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support for end users, both on-site and through phone and remote support
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights through Active Directory
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and resolve related issues
Ability to prioritize urgent requests
High human relations awareness
Strive to achieve the highest SLA.
Requirements: This role is fully on-site (No hybrid) with changing shifts between 08:00-17:00 and 09:00-18:00
3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT roles
Technical knowledge with Windows environment: Windows 11, Office, Active Directory, & Microsoft online services: EntraID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams
Experience troubleshooting Laptops, Desktops, Printers & Multimedia equipment issues
Experience with Linux, networking fundamentals, RMM tools, PowerShell scripting and MacOS - a significant advantage
English proficiency.
