Our Office Admin will ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day office operations in order to provide a quality, comfortable, clean, safe, and secure work environment, adhering to the companys standards. This is a part time position.
Must be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays from our Jerusalem Office in Givat Shaul 8/8:30 - 14:00/14:30. Work from home and flexible hours on the other days.
Responsibilities
Stocking of the kitchen on in-office days, which are Mondays and Wednesdays (including picking up milk, fruit, and snacks at local stores)
Inventory and ordering of office supplies.
Purchasing of equipment, services, food, etc.
Coordination of office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Oversee the cleaning of the office
Serve as the contact person to building management and oversee the company parking system
Serve as the first contact for the alarm company
Greet visitors at the front door, receive deliveries, and collect the mail
Assist with company events and various errands as they arise
Assist the HR Manager, CTO and CEO with administrative tasks and errands
Administrative work for the content team (optional)
Other tasks as they arise.
Requirements: Hebrew and English fluency are required
Native-level English is an advantage
High attention to detail and organized
Excellent communication and people skills
Previous administrative experience is a plus
Experience with Google Suite
Excellent work ethic (trustworthy, reliable, and dedicated)
Ability to be flexible and thrive in a multi-tasking team environment.
