we are looking for a highly experienced Global IT Infrastructure Director to lead and evolve our global IT infrastructure and service desk. This role is critical in ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing IT environments that support the companys growth and operational excellence worldwide.
What will you be doing:
Define and execute the global IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring structured execution and delivery against short- and long-term objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable and effective IT solutions
Own and professional lead all global IT infrastructure operations across all company facilities worldwide (production sites and offices)
Own end-to-end delivery of global IT services, including service desk operations and user experience
Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud, hybrid environments, automation, digital workplace solutions)
Ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability of infrastructure systems to support both operational continuity and business growth
Define and manage KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with the Cybersecurity team to ensure the security of systems, networks, and data.
Manage and govern global IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners
Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of the IT infrastructure
Lead and develop a global team, including direct management of IT systems experts and service desk leadership
Work closely with regional IT managers to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery across regions
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles within a global enterprise environment, with at least 4 years in senior leadership roles
12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure architecture, covering networks, data centers, cloud and hybrid environments, identity, and core platforms
Proven expertise across infrastructure platforms, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity, backup and disaster recovery, and monitoring
Demonstrated experience working in matrixed organizations, with shared ownership across Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Business Applications, and Service Desk teams
Proven experience in leading and managing large‑scale, cross‑functional IT projects and initiatives, with accountability for execution, delivery, and outcomes
