We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their HR career, with a strong technical mindset, passion for data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across systems, processes, and stakeholders in a dynamic global environment.
What you will do:
Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and additional HR platforms.
Generate, maintain, and improve HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for HR decision-making.
Perform system updates, mass uploads, interface monitoring, and ongoing HRIS maintenance.
Support HR system users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality operational support globally.
Drive HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of AI tools within HR.
Support compensation, benefits, contracts, and employment documentation processes.
Partner with HR and IT on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and annual work plans.
Participate in cross-functional HR operations and small-scale HR projects as needed.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles - advantage.
High level of English, written and spoken.
Strong technical orientation with interest in HR systems, data management, and process improvement.
High attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, or HR analytics tools - advantage.
