We are looking for a Senior Cloud & Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our Global Procurement team for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement). This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end sourcing and vendor management for key indirect spend areas, with a primary focus on:
Cloud Delivery (colocation, transit, cloud services, SaaS)
Marketing (digital platforms, events, agencies, consultants)
HR & Professional Services
The role requires a hands‑on, independent buyer who can support multiple global stakeholders while driving cost optimization, service continuity, and commercial excellence.
What will you do?
Lead vendor selection, sourcing, and ongoing management of suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers across Cloud Delivery, Marketing, HR, R&D, and Support functions.
Establish and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with key vendors in line with our global procurement strategy, ensuring service continuity and commercial competitiveness.
Act as a trusted procurement partner to internal stakeholders by providing timely support and delivering measurable value through cost optimization and spend control.
Analyze procurement requirements versus market trends, defining sourcing strategies and enforcing budget and cost‑control objectives.
Execute sourcing activities end‑to‑end, including RFQ/RFP processes, quotation analysis, negotiations, and supplier selection.
Conduct commercial benchmarking and maintain strong market awareness of alternative vendors, platforms, and service models.
Support contract review, evaluation, and lifecycle management in coordination with Legal and business stakeholders.
Deliver a high level of service to internal customers while consistently meeting or exceeding procurement commercial targets.
Requirements: What you need:
Minimum 4 years of relevant procurement experience, with proven hands‑on responsibility in:
Cloud services (Colocation, Transit, SaaS).
Software licenses & subscriptions.
Hardware appliances.
Labor outsourcing / professional services.
Marketing platforms, agencies, events, and consultants.
Strong analytical skills with a structured, data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder global environment.
Proven experience in contract evaluation and commercial negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent - mandatory.
Ability to support the following:
Experience in global sourcing and multi‑region vendor management.
Previous work experience in a global high‑tech or cloud‑based company.
Experience working with Oracle ERP or similar procurement/ERP systems.
