Your mission:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Act as a trusted partner to the COO and leadership team, championing a resilient and collaborative culture while guiding organizational improvements that strengthen focus and performance
Lead Talent Acquisition, partnering with the global HR team to ensure hiring is aligned with business priorities
Lead and execute core HR processes: workforce planning, performance management, L&D, and engagement
Support managers with organizational design, leadership development, and HR best practices
Maintain a robust HR operations foundation, ensuring compliance, policies, and seamless employee experience across all locations
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a HRBP.
Experience in Sourcing/Recruitment methodologies
Experience in HR transformation, change management, and independent program driving.
Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision-making based on data.
Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.
Experience in helping global organizations scale.
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
