Leadership Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams (Application Engineering, Field Support, or System Engineering)
Global Management: Proven experience managing remote teams or working closely with international offices (specifically North America)
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in HW/SW integration, C++, Python, and ROS. Experience with embedded systems
Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
Advantages
Background in LiDAR, Radar, or Optical sensing technologies
Familiarity with Perception, AI, or Robotics

Strong leadership presence with a "servant leadership" mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Willingness to travel (around 10%) to customer sites and US offices
