- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable salesforce solutions
Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes
- Implement and maintain CPQ configurations, with a focus on DealHub
- Design, build, and maintain complex salesforce Flows and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance system functionality
- Take full ownership of the technical setup within salesforce, from custom objects and fields to advanced validation rules and platform events
- Define product catalog structures, pricing logic, bundles, and discount frameworks
- Design approval workflows and quoting processes for the sales organization
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to improve revenue workflows
- Ensure alignment between salesforce, CPQ, and other business systems ( ERP, billing, etc.)
- Document business processes and system configurations
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience working with salesforce as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with a CPQ solution
- Experience with DealHub - strong advantage
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with salesforce configuration, including a deep mastery of salesforce Flows - Must
- Proven ability to design complex data models and understand the technical impact of system changes on the entire salesforce ecosystem
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and quoting workflows
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Revenue teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
