What will you do?
Annual budget and interim forecast preparation, analysis, monitoring and control: both for the Group (consolidated) as well as various business units
Support monthly and periodic close activities, including preparation of analyses, validation of results, and reporting.
Analysis of monthly estimates and final results for company management.
Building business plans and models; evaluating the same and making recommendations
Investment analysis and control (new products, capex, etc.)
Ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities for improved profitability, cost savings, shorter cycle time, etc.
Ad hoc activities as required order to support achievement of business objectives
Create meaningful interfaces with global business and headquarter units to promote initiatives and long-term plans

to join global Customer Success organization.
In this hands-on role, you will focus on financial and operational analysis, service revenues, costs, pricing models, and gross margin performance across regions.
Youll collaborate with regional CS teams and finance to identify improvement opportunities, challenge assumptions, and translate data into practical, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Service P&L Analysis
- Own ongoing analysis of the global service P&L, including revenues, costs, and gross margin performance. Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities impacting service profitability and operational efficiency.
Service Pricing
- Analyze and support service pricing models and contract structures, ensuring alignment with profitability and business objectives.
Regional Partnership:
Collaborate with regional service teams, challenging assumptions and translating data-driven insights into actionable improvement plans.
Insights & Reporting:
Develop dashboards and reports that provide timely, actionable insights for leadership and regional stakeholders.
Planning & Forecasting:
Support service revenue forecasting, validate key assumptions for the annual operating plan (AOP), and monitor actual results versus targets.
