What will you do?
Support
company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
processes
Perform in-depth
financial and business analysis
across revenues, gross margin, and operating expenses
Prepare and deliver
monthly and quarterly management reporting
with clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Partner closely with global business leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, acting as a
strategic finance business partner
Analyze financial performance versus Budget and Forecast, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Support monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with Accounting
Drive
process optimization, automation, and best practices
within FP&A

we are looking for a FP&A Analyst.
What will you do?
Annual budget and interim forecast preparation, analysis, monitoring and control: both for the Group (consolidated) as well as various business units
Support monthly and periodic close activities, including preparation of analyses, validation of results, and reporting.
Analysis of monthly estimates and final results for company management.
Building business plans and models; evaluating the same and making recommendations
Investment analysis and control (new products, capex, etc.)
Ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities for improved profitability, cost savings, shorter cycle time, etc.
Ad hoc activities as required order to support achievement of business objectives
Create meaningful interfaces with global business and headquarter units to promote initiatives and long-term plans

The Finance department has plenty of exciting challenges ahead, we are looking for a talent who will support our team's efforts to make the company succeed. The role includes:
Assistance in the reporting process and preparation of Financial Statements of a publicly listed company in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Participation in month-end closing procedures and the preparation of consolidated financial reports and statements for management
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of Affiliate Companies
Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A and Legal
Provide day-to-day operational support for routine accounting and finance tasks.
