We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join global Customer Success organization.
In this hands-on role, you will focus on financial and operational analysis, service revenues, costs, pricing models, and gross margin performance across regions.
Youll collaborate with regional CS teams and finance to identify improvement opportunities, challenge assumptions, and translate data into practical, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Service P&L Analysis
- Own ongoing analysis of the global service P&L, including revenues, costs, and gross margin performance. Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities impacting service profitability and operational efficiency.
Service Pricing
- Analyze and support service pricing models and contract structures, ensuring alignment with profitability and business objectives.
Regional Partnership:
Collaborate with regional service teams, challenging assumptions and translating data-driven insights into actionable improvement plans.
Insights & Reporting:
Develop dashboards and reports that provide timely, actionable insights for leadership and regional stakeholders.
Planning & Forecasting:
Support service revenue forecasting, validate key assumptions for the annual operating plan (AOP), and monitor actual results versus targets.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a business analytics, commercial operations, or service business environment, with a strong analytical focus.
Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, including revenues, costs, margins, and trends, and translate them into business insights.
Strong business and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand commercial models, financial drivers, and their impact on profitability.
Experience working with Salesforce, ERP, and BI tools.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across Service, Finance, and regional teams.
Fluent English and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with financial modeling, pricing analysis, or business case development - an advantage.
