Key Responsibilities
M&A and strategic initiatives support
Transaction execution: Support end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution
Data Analysis: Work with large, complex datasets to build financial models, perform valuation analysis and support due diligence processes.
Process Coordination: Act as a project coordinator for cross-functional workstreams, ensuring seamless communication between the different teams and stakeholders during deal execution.
Executive Presentation: Prepare high-quality materials, investment memos, and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Market research & competitive intelligence
Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within the FinTech, Neobroker, and Crypto landscapes.
Trend analysis: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and strategic moves by competitors.
Decision Support & Insights: Develop insights to inform strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Research
Target Identification: Create detailed profiles of potential acquisition targets, partners or peers.
Strategic Research: Conduct bespoke research tasks to support strategic decisions.
Investor relations support: Provide analytical support to the Investor Relations function, including financial modeling and analysis.
Requirements: Education: BA in Business, Economics or a relevant discipline from a top academic institution.
Experience: Recent graduate or a professional with up to 2 years of experience within a relevant field or an internship within a Big 4 accounting firm.
Analytical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large datasets.
AI skills: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize daily workflows and maximize productivity.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise narratives and recommendations.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to create "board-ready" PowerPoint presentations.
Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Language: High proficiency in English.
