Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Leadership) to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.
Work with external partners and agencies to deliver campaigns, manage assets, and enhance brand reach.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights, and optimizing future activities.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, ideally within a B2B Tech startup.
Hands-on experience with marketing tech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, email marketing tools). High technical aptitude and experience using AI tools.
Creative capabilities including copywriting, visual design, content packaging, and the ability to independently create impactful online campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in English-written, verbal, and presentation.
Ability to deep-dive and quickly learn new domains, technologies, products, and solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and make effective decisions.
Strong analytical and measurement skills for producing in-depth lead-generation reports.
