We are looking for a skilled IT Finance Project Manager to lead ERP-based finance solutions end-to-end — from understanding business needs to delivering and improving systems in production. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT and requires strong ERP finance expertise, hands-on systems analysis capabilities, and proven project and stakeholder management experience. A full-time, hybrid position, based in the Central District of Israel. ?Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end projects for finance solutions and applications, including planning, delivery, testing (UAT), and go-live
* Gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements and perform systems and business process analysis
* Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documents
* Define and document ERP integrations and technical interfaces while collaborating with ERP, BI, Data, and Integration teams
* Drive automation initiatives and improve ERP-based financial processes
* Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project execution
* Ensure compliance with information security, documentation, and change control standards

we are seeking a system Analyst! Responsibilities
* Leading complex analysis processes for the bank's digital channels, focusing on public-facing systems (e.g., account opening, marketing sites).
* Translating product requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development and infrastructure teams.
* Defining interfaces between Front-End and core systems, including Web Services characterization (REST/SOAP).
* Writing User Stories, participating in Sprint planning, and prioritizing tasks.

The Information System Analyst will assist users on their day-to-day tasks and provide solutions for Product Support, Sales, Marketing, operations and other departments. You will implement new features and capabilities on the Salesforce platform and its integrated tools, supporting end users, and addressing integration and process challenges to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage user accounts, roles/profiles, and permissions for supported applications. Troubleshoot automations and triggers
Create new fields, validation rules, flows, troubleshoot Integration errors, assist users in creating reports
Support users on their day-to-day tasks including troubleshooting, data fixes and cleanups, reports, dashboards
Implement configuration changes and system enhancements based on business requirements while following established development standards and best practices (e.g., creating/updating custom fields, Flows, email notifications, reports, and dashboards)
Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the Company (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable salesforce solutions
Design and optimize end-to-end sales processes
- Implement and maintain CPQ configurations, with a focus on DealHub
- Design, build, and maintain complex salesforce Flows and automation tools to streamline business processes and enhance system functionality
- Take full ownership of the technical setup within salesforce, from custom objects and fields to advanced validation rules and platform events
- Define product catalog structures, pricing logic, bundles, and discount frameworks
- Design approval workflows and quoting processes for the sales organization
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to improve revenue workflows
- Ensure alignment between salesforce, CPQ, and other business systems ( ERP, billing, etc.)
- Document business processes and system configurations

Were looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead a software product end-to-end - from business vision and customer needs to deep technical specifications and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
Translate business and customer needs into clear product and technical specifications
Manage product roadmap and prioritize backlog based on business value and technical complexity
Write PRDs and detailed technical design documents (LLD)
Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the delivery process
Lead the rollout and adoption of new features across the organization
