Requirements:
Sc. / M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical design experience of at least 5 years
Design for MIL STDs (810), DO-160
3D CAD experience (SolidWorks strongly preferred)
Strong experience in Rotary motion systems design in dynamic environment
Experience in design of multidisciplinary systems
Knowledge of finite element analysis, and structural design (Solidworks FEAs)
Advantage: design experience in the following fields:
Airborne systems design, Ocean design systems (DOD-STD 1399), composite materials, structural design.
Fluent English
Team player, excellent interpersonal skills.

Job description:
o At least 5 years experience in manufacturing engineering at a multidisciplinary company.

o Good understanding of assembling and manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, PCB manufacturing etc.) - a must.

o Experience in the medical device industry and with FDA and ISO 13485 medical device regulations - an advantage.

o Experience with single-piece flow manufacturing processes.

o Great problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Computer Skills:

o Full control of all Microsoft Office applications.

o SolidWorks.

Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)

Personality: Strong technical and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal relationships; self-motivated; independent; able to work under pressure; team player; 'out of the box' thinker.

Requirements:
Education- Electronic or Mechanical Engineer
3-5 years experience QA Engineer (Electronic / Mechanics) in high tech company
Knowledges: AS9100D
Internal\External auditor course AS9100
CQE is advantage.
QA R&D with knowledge and experience in HW and System QA of defense/airborne applications.
DFx analysis experience is an advantage 1/8.10
Knowledges: IPC-610\IPC-620\ IPC-600, DO-160\DO-178\DO-254,CQE, Internal\External auditor course - advantage
Experienced with ERP system
Computer applications - MS Office ,Statistics .
Reading Drawings and Production files (Mechanics, Electro-mechanics, Electronics).
Languages : Hebrew - high level ,English- high level . Knowledge other languages is advantage.
Strong communication skills to interface with product development, program managers, project manajers, engineering and marketing organizations.
Ability to work in matrix organization
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Mechanical and Electronics)
Personal Skills:
Ability to work under pressure
High level understanding of cross organization processes
Leader ship and assertiveness skills.
