Responsibilities:
Gain ownership of the quality of the ReturnGO product and ensure high-quality releases.
Lead and mentor a QA team of 2 engineers (1 Automation, 1 Manual) alongside hands-on QA work.
Integrate AI tools to automate QA process and testing automation.
Drive quality best practices across R&D with developers and product managers.
Develop, maintain, and improve automated tests using Playwright and Python.
Define quality KPIs to track and improve the quality.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Integration Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across companys products and to lead QA team efforts from both technical and managerial perspectives. As a senior, hands-on QA Integration Team Lead, you will lead the technical direction of a Team, shape testing methodologies, and ensure the reliability and quality of software-hardware integrated system features using manual and automation testing powered by AI.

You will excel in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, maintaining excellence, accountability, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the R&D department in Agile methodologies.

What you will do
Lead and mentor a team of SW/ HW/ RF Integration engineers
Perform hands-on manual/ automation testing of complex SW-HW integrated systems
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to final deployment on the customer side
Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs
Work closely with all R&D teams
Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
Strengthen the companys quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality
Manage and operate QA labs, including Traffic Generators, Satellite emulators, RF equipment, and more, while supporting off-shore teams remotely

What Youll Do:
Data Quality & Validation:
Design and execute data validation strategies for large-scale batch and streaming pipelines
Ensure data correctness, completeness, freshness, and consistency across the data lake
Define and automate checks for schema changes, data drift, and data quality regressions
Performance & Scalability Testing:
Plan and execute performance and scalability tests for data pipelines and processing jobs
Identify bottlenecks across ingestion, transformation, and querying layers
Partner with engineers to validate performance improvements and prevent regressions
Automation & Infrastructure:
Develop and maintain the data teams QA automation infrastructure
Build reusable testing frameworks and tools tailored for large datasets and pipelines
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring workflows
Collaboration & Ownership:
Work closely with data engineers, backend developers, and platform engineers throughout the development lifecycle
Act as the sole QA owner within a cross-functional team, driving quality without becoming a bottleneck
Participate in design discussions to ensure testability and observability are built in from the start

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our Viewer team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our web applications. In this role, you will design and maintain automation frameworks, develop end-to-end tests, and proactively identify issues before they impact our users. You will also be responsible for production releases and managing production bugs, ensuring smooth deployments and quick resolution of critical issues. This position requires strong technical expertise, self-management, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript.
Develop and execute automated tests leveraging tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Debug complex issues using browser DevTools, network logs, and other diagnostic tools.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with DevOps and engineering teams.
Drive quality initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing improvements in testing processes.

QA Lead will work closely with our Product department providing R&D feedback to the product requirements and verifying that the features are developed as per their PRDs. This position requires about 80% of hands-on involvement in tests automation, documentation and other daily QA activities.
