The QA Lead will manage a group of QA Engineers working in the development Agile teams and will be involved in all the phases of the products life cycle, from the design to the delivery and to the operation and maintenance. QA Lead will work closely with our Product department providing R&D feedback to the product requirements and verifying that the features are developed as per their PRDs. This position requires about 80% of hands-on involvement in tests automation, documentation and other daily QA activities.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Integration Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across companys products and to lead QA team efforts from both technical and managerial perspectives. As a senior, hands-on QA Integration Team Lead, you will lead the technical direction of a Team, shape testing methodologies, and ensure the reliability and quality of software-hardware integrated system features using manual and automation testing powered by AI.

You will excel in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, maintaining excellence, accountability, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the R&D department in Agile methodologies.

What you will do
Lead and mentor a team of SW/ HW/ RF Integration engineers
Perform hands-on manual/ automation testing of complex SW-HW integrated systems
Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to final deployment on the customer side
Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs
Work closely with all R&D teams
Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
Strengthen the companys quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality
Manage and operate QA labs, including Traffic Generators, Satellite emulators, RF equipment, and more, while supporting off-shore teams remotely

Own the quality of our companys ReturnGO product and lead both automation and manual QA. Define QA processes across the R&D organization and implement AI tools to automate processes and testing. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, mentorship, and close collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Gain ownership of the quality of the ReturnGO product and ensure high-quality releases.
Lead and mentor a QA team of 2 engineers (1 Automation, 1 Manual) alongside hands-on QA work.
Integrate AI tools to automate QA process and testing automation.
Drive quality best practices across R&D with developers and product managers.
Develop, maintain, and improve automated tests using Playwright and Python.
Define quality KPIs to track and improve the quality.
